Piccolo Valzer' draws inspiration from Erik Satie’s Gymnopédies, but with a personal twist. The piece expands on Satie’s dreamy atmosphere, developing the initial theme while maintaining its ethereal quality. It evokes the image of a Victorian ballroom seen through the soft blur of a dream—elegant dancers in graceful motion, swept up in the music. With ‘Piccolo Valzer,’ the aim is to capture that nostalgic and enchanting world, bringing a touch of wistful charm to the listener.
