While playing the piano I stared outside my window and saw this beautiful ray of sunshine coming behind cumulus clouds. It reminded me that beyond every hardship lies the promise of brighter days ahead. No matter how bleak or despondent the present may seem, it will not last forever, even if sometimes you really have to find the light in your darkness.
