If the day represents action, movement, night on the contrary ushers us into a time of reflection, calm and waiting for the new day. Likewise, night is the best time to grasp one's aspirations or to unconsciously develop a future course of action. The coming night, however, can also represent a time of sadness and memories of the past time.
