Paulette Verlée, also known as Veerle Pollet, started playing the piano at a young age, drawing inspiration from Bach, Schumann, Erik Satie, and François Couperin. Her first album was influenced by Satie's minimalistic style, while the second album was inspired by Couperin. She later created an EP featuring transformed Belgian pop songs. Currently, she is working on piano solo pieces and composing the soundtrack for a new TV series called 'Patience' directed by Maarten Moerkerke, set to air in the UK and US around 2025.
