Javier Lobe is a Spanish pianist and composer. Born into a family of pianists, he studied piano and musicology at the Conservatory. Inspired in his youth by the piano music by composers such as Michael Nyman and Yann Tiersen, among others, he focuses his compositions on music for piano, and also for versions and arrangements for piano and strings.
